Delivery choices available:

Delivery service is normally next day from despatch in mainland UK.
For the UK we aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3 days, but you will be advised (via Email) of an estimated delivery date upon order acceptance.

Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact OnlinePoundShop within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please contact ous customer service team if you have any problems so that we can discuss a possible replacement or a refund. Under certain circumstances you may be required to pay for the return postage and insurance.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged Goods - Goods received damaged must be reported to Selection Box (details on Contact Page) within 7 days of you receiving them.

Lost Goods - For the United Kingdom - if you have not received your goods within 7 days of receiving our e-mail confirmation that your order has been despatched, please contact us.
