Do you ship internationally ... ?

Unfortunately, due to the high tariffs and perishable nature of our product, we do ship only in the UK. Please let us know via email or phone if you want shipping outside UK, which can be arranged by speaking to our friendly staff. Bulk orders are welcome.

My credit card is being declined; I know this can’t be the case. What can I do... ?

Onlinepoundshop verifies the credit card billing address on all web transactions. If you wish, you can indicate different billing and shipping addresses for your order, but your billing address must match the credit card you are using.

The card code is an important new security feature that appears on most credit cards.
